Michail Jampolsky is born in 1874 Kiev and went to France at a young age. As a sculptor and medallist he mostly worked with bronze.
He studied with Dupuis, Ponscarme and Rasumny in Paris and his work was shown regularly at the Salon de Société des Artistes Français.
